Are you surviving frequent hair loss?
These days Hair loss is a problem that can make a person really upset, uncomfortable and emotionally stressed. Hair loss can stem through various reasons and this can indicate you that you might have to take care of your health more. Protein deficiency, depression, autoimmune disorders, improper diet and nutrients in body can cause substantial amount of hair loss.
The hair loss you are facing can be mild to extreme. You need to check the symptoms and have proper diagnoses if these include weakening of hair; bald patches are sign of infections, fading hair line, etc.
First of all, stop stressing and relax yourself! There are various hair treatments, easy home remedies, and hair care tips present for the condition of hair loss. I have 5 of them stated below:
Fix the root causes
This is one biggest solution to hair loss. We tend to ignore what is causing it in the first place. Start with fixing the causes and then work towards hair treatments and remedies to maintain a good hair care routine. You have to follow these rules to make sure you are not damaging your hair further more:
- Eat protein enriched food. Don’t go for juicing or water fasting techniques for weight loss or you will end up losing a lot of hair.
- Eliminate or lessen the use of chemicals such as hair gels, sprays, dyes, straighteners and curlers.
- Don’t cover your hair under scarves too much! Let your hair breathe.
- Avoid too much emotional or physical stress and calm your nerves by meditating regularly.
An oil massage is the second most important and effective solution to hair loss. It regulates hair growth and makes hair follicles strong. Argan oil and coconut oil are best hair oils to use for head massage. Heat the oil at a low temperature, apply it in the roots and massage for 10 to 15 minutes on alternate days of the week.
Use of Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has a lot of enzymes which push hair growth. You can apply it on your scalp with oil or eat 1 tablespoon of aloe vera every morning. Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzyme which helps in mending all the dead skin cells on the scalp. Aloe Vera can also be used as a hair conditioner for soft and smooth hair. It also controls itching, dandruff and hair loss greatly.
Vitamins and Minerals
Iron is the most important element in your body when it comes to hair loss. You should have a blood test and check with your doctor if you have iron deficiency in your body. If yes, then take supplements according to doctor’s recommendation to cover it up. The doctor might find out other deficiency and suggest you right vitamin and mineral intake so that definitely will help you a lot.
Though it’s stated as the last solution here, most people want to read about it first! We all need quick fixes and shortcuts in our lives. The shortest ways are always painful but the fruits are still attainable with them. Hair transplant is one of the most costly hair loss treatments as it involves a surgical process which is not at all painless and it also leaves scars but the surgically planted hair grows properly and stays just fine for long.
Laser therapy is another expensive procedure to grow hair back but it’s a bit less painful. If you want to improve the texture of your hair and you think the dry and frizzy texture of your hair is what making them tangled. Solving that can reduce the breakage! So, go for a Keratin hair treatment which is basically adding deep protein in your hair and it makes its texture so much better!
